Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of the application operated by Solvity s.r.o. By creating an account, accessing
the platform, or selecting the login button, the user enters a binding agreement with the service and
accepts the responsibilities, limitations, and rules described below. The application requires authenticated
access; all usage presumes active account status.
1. Operator
The service is provided by
Solvity s.r.o.
Bulharská 718/33
Praha 10, 10100
Czech Republic
Contact: support@ubiboard.io
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Users must provide accurate identifying information. The email address becomes the username used for login.
Accounts are required for all functions. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login
credentials and controlling device access to the application.
The service is not designed for minors. No age verification is implemented. Guardians remain responsible for
any access by minors.
3. Community Participation
Communities are created and managed by users. Community administrators determine membership, permissions,
and access to internal resources. Administrators, not Solvity, control who may view community materials and
communicate within the group.
Any content posted inside a community becomes visible according to the community’s configuration: documents,
images, published resources, and profile names are visible to all members. Users are responsible for
ensuring they do not disclose information in a community that they do not intend to share.
4. User-Generated Content
The platform hosts documents, images, messages, contacts, codes, and other materials uploaded by users or
communities. Solvity does not supervise, classify, verify, or moderate this content. Users retain
responsibility for legality, accuracy, and rights of use. Users may not upload content that violates
applicable law or infringes the rights of others.
Administrators determine who may join or view a community. Solvity is not responsible for unauthorized
access caused by administrator decisions. Illegal activity results in suspension and may be reported to
authorities.
5. Subscription and Payments
Some features are available only through a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Subscription creation, renewal, cancellation, and revocation follow Stripe’s automated systems. Solvity does
not handle card numbers and does not control Stripe’s internal processes.
If a payment fails, access to subscription features may be suspended automatically until payment is
resolved. Pricing, billing cycles, and applicable taxes appear in the application or on associated billing
pages.
6. Service Availability and Changes
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. Solvity may modify, update, or discontinue features without
prior notice. Maintenance, outages, or external provider failures may affect service availability.
Solvity does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or permanent storage of user
content. Users are responsible for retaining backup copies of critical documents.
7. Prohibited Use
Users may not use the service for unlawful activities, harassment, unauthorized access attempts,
dissemination of malware, distribution of infringing materials, or any conduct that disrupts the platform or
harms other users. Communities may not be used as channels for fraud, identity misuse, or distribution of
prohibited content.
Violations result in suspension or termination of the account or community, with potential referral to law
enforcement.
8. Deletion and Termination
Users may delete their accounts at any time. Community administrators may delete their communities.
Deletions are processed immediately, with possible residual retention of up to 30 days.
Deleted items cannot be recovered.
Solvity may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, illegal activities, security
threats, or non-payment of subscription fees.
9. Intellectual Property
The application’s code, design, trademarks, and branding belong to Solvity s.r.o.. Users receive a limited,
non-transferable license to access and use the service in accordance with these Terms. No user obtains
ownership of the platform or any rights beyond those granted for normal use.
Uploaded content remains the responsibility and property of the user or organization that created it.
10. Liability
Solvity is not liable for decisions made by community administrators, exposure of content caused by user
misconfiguration, or reliance on materials uploaded by users. The service disclaims liability for loss of
data, service outages, or user misuse.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvity excludes liability for indirect, consequential, or
incidental damages arising from the use of the service.
11. Security
All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption. Solvity implements technical and organizational measures to
maintain service security. Users must keep login credentials secured and promptly report suspected
unauthorized access.
12. Changes to the Terms
Solvity may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after publication of updated Terms
constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable EU regulations. Disputes shall be
resolved in the competent courts of the Czech Republic unless otherwise required by law.
