UbiBoard is HOA management software built for self-managed homeowners associations and condominium communities. It gives boards and owners one shared place for official announcements, documents, and decisions, so community management stays clear, transparent, and easy to maintain over time.

Volunteer boards shouldn’t need spreadsheets, chat threads, and scattered folders to run their community. UbiBoard reduces admin work, prevents misunderstandings, and keeps institutional knowledge intact when board members change.
